📍 Walk-In Interview Details

• Position: Finance & Accounting Roles (AP, R2R, Cash Applications, Collections)

• Experience: 2 – 7 Years

• Date: 26th June 2025 (Wednesday)

• Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Venue: Genpact Office, 5th Floor, India Bulls Mega Mall, Pali Road, Jhalamand, Jodhpur

• Shift: Flexible for 24/7 shifts

• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

🧾 Functional Areas & Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process PO & Non-PO invoices, 3-way matching, GRN, and utilities

• Audit and release invoices for payment

• Work with ERP platforms like SAP or Navision

Record to Report (R2R):

• Month-end closing, standard & non-standard journal entries

• Reconciliations (key & non-key), including prepaid, deferrals, accruals

• Experience with SAP, Blackline, Ariba S4, and HRC High Radius

Cash Applications & Collections:

• Post payments from lockboxes to customer accounts

• Resolve aged, unapplied cash receipts

• Follow up with customers for payments and track collection promises

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA in Finance (Regular)

• Experience: 2–7 years in finance, accounting, or related domains

• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting processes, ERP usage, and customer communication
