Join the Member Online (MOL) and Live Chat Process to provide support for:

Pre-authorization, policy servicing, claim assessments, and complaint handling
-
End-to-end customer inquiries related to health insurance via email and live chat
-
Complaint logging, tracking, and escalation where needed
-
Real-time collaboration with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution
-
Documenting interactions in internal systems for compliance and reporting
-
Meeting performance KPIs β handling concurrent chats, email SLAs, and CSAT scores
β Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (e.g., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, etc.)

Typing speed: 40β60 WPM

Skills:

Excellent written English communication

Proficient in MS Office and browser-based tools

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities

Shift Timings: Rotational (7:30 AM β 1:30 AM IST), Monday to Sunday
