Genpact is conducting a walk-in drive for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals for multiple domains including Accounts Payable (AP), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C) at its Jaipur office.

Available Roles

1. Accounts Payable (AP)

Experience: 2–10 Years
Eligibility: B.Com / BBA Only

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and payment release.
• Three-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
• Non-PO and utility invoice processing.
• Invoice auditing and payment processing.
• Working on ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, etc.

2. Record to Report (R2R)

Experience: 2–10 Years
Eligibility: B.Com / BBA Only

Key Responsibilities

• Month-end closing activities.
• Journal entry posting and review.
• Financial reporting and consolidations.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Intercompany accounting processes.
• Statutory financial statement preparation.

3. Order to Cash (O2C)

Experience: 2–10 Years
Eligibility: B.Com / BBA Only

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable management.
• Cash application and receipt posting.
• Credit/debit memo processing.
• Collections and remittance tracking.
• Customer payment reconciliation.
• Process improvement initiatives.

• Minimum: 2 Years
• Maximum: 10 Years
