Job Role or Description
- Code, investigate, and resolve customer debit disputes. • Develop effective relationships with Internal Customers; communicate with Customers, Customer Service Personnel (all levels), CDO (Customer Development Organization/Sales) Field Sales, and HQ CDO Sales Finance personnel. • Ensuring proper follow up and right mechanism is applied to keep the SLA metric within the turn around. • Ensure thorough follow up on the accounts. • Interact with Collections, Mail room & Cash Application team to resolve the customer issues. • Research & Analyze Review deduction backup, attach backup, understand promotion type, create Debit memos in Excel tool & look for funds to clear all promotional deductions • Accuracy & Timeline Follow up on Backups through emails, SAP correspondence and through Phone in timely manner and work or route the deductions to the appropriate Department. • Provide commentary to Accounts Receivable Supervisor to update status on large, outstanding items for management reporting. • Timely and accurately address queries from internal and external customers • Common email box management • Assist the Accounts Receivable Supervisor with monthly and weekly ad hoc reporting activities
