🔍 Job Overview:
Role: KYC/AML Analyst (Contractual)
Job Type: Contractual (Work from Office)
Location: D-4, D Block, Sector 59, Genpact Headstrong Capital Market, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201307
Shift: Rotational shifts
Walk-In Date: 26th April 2025
Time: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Review KYC documentation for corporations, individuals, and charities.
- Conduct due diligence and perform enhanced checks for high-risk customers.
- Analyze entity structure, verify accounts, and perform sanctions screening.
- Interpret data from multiple systems and draft narrative reports.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of reviews in line with policy guidelines.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (except Law). Freshers are welcome!
(Note: Undergraduates and students currently pursuing post-graduation are not eligible.) - Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
- Excellent communication, comprehension, and critical thinking skills.
- Relevant experience in back-office operations, compliance, KYC/AML, audit, or investigation is preferred.
🌟 Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in AML/KYC, CDD, and EDD processes.
- Familiarity with entity structures like Charities, PIV, SPV, Banks, etc.
- Exposure to tools like Actimize, RDC, Fortent, Norkom, Lexis Nexis, Dow Jones.
- Sanction screening, ID verification, adverse media screening knowledge.
- Strong investigative and analytical mindset.
