- Subskill Set: Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Voice, Order Management, Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Finance and accounting, General Accounting, FNA, General ledger, Collections, Customer service, BPO
- Responsibilities
1.Basic Accounting knowledge - 2.Understand the basic accounting process/terms
- 3.Working knowledge of Relevant GAAP and MS Office
- 4. Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
- 5.Knowledge of computers including standard packages
- 6. Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests
