✅ Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns via call support

Ensure resolution of customer complaints in a timely manner

Maintain in-depth knowledge of client processes and compliance guidelines

Record customer feedback and report recurring issues

Offer exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers

Raise product bugs or service tickets when required
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (any stream except Law)

Note: Undergraduates / pursuing / result-awaited candidates are not eligible

Proficiency in both Hindi and English (spoken & comprehension)
