Genpact is hosting a Mega Walk-in drive for Finance and Accounts in Jaipur on the 14th and 15th of June 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The venue for the event is Plot No 1, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, near Venkateshwara Temple, Sector 9, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017. This is an in-office position.
The responsibilities for the role include Accounts Payable tasks such as reviewing and processing invoices, providing resolutions, and releasing invoices for payment. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate understanding of basic Accounts Payable process concepts like 3-way match, PO, NON PO, GRN, etc. Experience in processing PO, non-PO, and Utilities Invoices, invoice auditing, and payment processing is required, along with familiarity with SAP/Navision/other ERPs.
For Record to Report duties, candidates should be familiar with month-end closing processes, reconciliations (Key & Non-Key), and ERP systems such as SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba, S4, HRC, High Radius. They should also have experience in handling standard and recurring J/Es including accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases, as well as non-standard J/Es.
Regarding Cash Applications/Collections, responsibilities include posting payments from various lockboxes to customer accounts, researching and resolving aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts, and collecting delinquent amounts from customers over the phone or arranging payment promises.
Minimum qualifications for the position include being a graduate in commerce (B.Com/BBA). Candidates are required to bring 3 copies of an updated resume, 3 passport size photographs, original Aadhar card, 2 copies of Aadhar card, and payslip if applicable.
