Job Description/Skills Required
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing technical solution and create technical documentation of those
- Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions to business problems.
- Migrate/recreate an existing solution to a new one utilizing Power Platform
- Document requirements, system designs/specifications and user guides as per department standards.
- Applies agreed standards and tools, to achieve well-engineered outcomes.
- Prepare test plans including test cases and coordinate UAT with users.
- Works iteratively with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration, and in defining acceptance tests.
- Accepts responsibility for creation of test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications (such as reliability, efficiency, usability, maintainability and portability).
- Support business users when facing technical issues with the solution (NA timezone)
- Records and analyses actions and results, and maintains a defect register.
