Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in UK shifts from the Kolkata office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Record-to-Report (R2R) transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Perform intercompany and bank reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations.
• Review Sub-Ledger and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing (MEC) activities.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
• Resolve accounting and reporting issues in coordination with the Team Lead.
• Assist in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project implementation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Drive continuous process improvements through quality initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder queries.
• Support end-to-end accounting, including fixed assets, intercompany accounting, closing, and reporting.
