Genpact hiring for Assistant Manager role for RTR/PTP role.
Location : Hafeezpet, Hyderabad

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the RTR processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Lead a team of professionals in handling financial transactions and reporting. Implement best practices and process improvements within the finance function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial goals. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in RTR role with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of financial systems and processes. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
