🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle 3+ active chats simultaneously and respond to customer queries promptly

• Provide solutions using internal help articles and standard processes

• Support customers with technical queries (Domains, Hosting, Servers, SSL, Email, SiteLock, Backups, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and report bugs/suggestions

• Ensure excellent customer experience through inbound/outbound interactions

• Upsell/recommend products based on customer needs

• Maintain deep knowledge of client processes & policies

• Escalate issues where necessary and ensure complete resolution

📌 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline (except Law)

• Freshers (2020–2025 pass-outs only)

• Must have provisional certificates/marksheets

• Knowledge of email clients, browsers, internet technology (domains, hosting, security)

• Good written English skills with a neutral accent

• Basic technical & sales aptitude
