Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for handling various accounting and finance activities, including:
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations.
- Working on SAP B1 and HANA ERP.
- Using the Tally ERP system for prior-period accounting.
- Handling accounting related to salary, ESI and EPF.
- Managing accounting work related to Government training schemes and refunds.
- Preparing Professional Tax (PT) payments.
- Handling TDS calculations/workings for service providers and suppliers.
- Managing payment gateways including Google Pay, credit cards and debit cards for all three plants.
- Recording Sales, Purchase, Journal Voucher (JV) and Petty Cash transactions.
Required Qualification & Experience
- B.Com or M.Com in Commerce.
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical knowledge of SAP B1 and HANA ERP.
- Experience with Tally ERP.
- Knowledge of payroll-related accounting, ESI and EPF.
- Understanding of TDS and PT-related activities.
- Experience handling routine accounting entries and payment transactions.

Important Location Note
