Job Description/Skills Required
Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in core operations like in critical unis Refinery, Gas Processing, Petrochemical operations) and /or delivered Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solution to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments.
Manufacturing and Production Operations:
Candidate should have experience in one of the Core manufacturing unit / processes in Petroleum Refining, Petrochemicals, Gas Processing, Specialty chemicals etc.
Candidate should be familiar with typical Operations Management business processes like (not limited to)
o Operations execution
o Offsites / Oil movements
o Blending / Mixing processes
Candidate must have knowledge around other supporting functions like Maintenance & Reliability, HSE, Laboratory etc.
Experience in Design and implementation of at least one Manufacturing Operations Management will be an advantage
Knowledge in ERP (like SAP) or Nominations management would be an advantage
Hands on Experience or basic knowledge in some of advanced digital technologies like AI/ML Analytics, Digital twins, RPA etc.
would be added advantage
