Job Role or Description

• To conduct second line compliance reviews as per the annual monitoring & testing plan. To test the adequacy of controls in place within the business and to identify potential and actual breaches. Prepare reports to inform key stakeholders of the outcome of monitoring and review work, including rating findings and assigning owners/actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of RCMT’s monitoring approaches. Ensure local Compliance monitoring activities are considered and leveraged, where possible, for relevant Global reviews. What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Compliance Analyst? Under supervision, responsible for planning and executing reviews within the global organization, testing controls, documenting working papers and drafting reports. Review Planning and Execution – Assisting with planning and executing reviews and special projects, including meeting with Compliance Officers and business unit management, documenting the control environment, documenting control weaknesses , regulatory risks, and observations / recommendations. Review finalization – Finalizing reviews, including participating in exit meetings and drafting review reports. Managing Relationships – Assisting with meeting and interacting with key stakeholders including Compliance Officers, Business Unit management and other assurance teams as required.
