Job Role or Description
Operational Responsibilities Include Some Or All Of The Following
- Prepare sections of the quarterly SEC Forms 10-Q and annual Form 10-K in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Prepare earnings press releases filed on Form 8-K and related materials for Analysts’ call.
- Prepare Forms 11-K for 401(k) Plan and ESIP.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of templates for working papers supporting financial statement disclosures.
- Assist in completion of XBRL tagging.
- Update the request list for the preparation of SEC filings.
- Participate in benchmarking projects on quarterly and annual SEC filings
- Liaise with other finance departments, including consolidations, corporate accounting, corporate treasury accounting and global accounting policy, to obtain information for reporting purposes.
- Monitor SOX compliance for financial reporting activities.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other groups and/or departments to assess the reporting implications of changes in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, coordinate changes with other groups and/or departments, and extract the necessary information for financial reporting.
- Lead and participate in departmental projects as required.
- Coordinate preparation of the quarterly global impairment analysis for goodwill, intangibles and other assets.
- Assist in review of financial statements of various subsidiaries globally, in accordance with the local GAAP and Company’s guidance
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the Company’s reporting policies and procedures, and their continuous improvement process.
- Participate in cross functional projects and assist other functions with financial reporting and disclosure matters
