Reports to Assistant Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
- Should have knowledge on employee w4 in payroll systems; process all paper W2 & paystubs requests.
- Knowledge on pre-payroll reports and audit time block reports.
- Knowledge on pay check & benefits, garnishments.
- Should have Knowledge on US payroll
- knowledge on Bookkeeping
- Knowledge on period/month end close process for multiple clients.
- Knowledge on Journal entries
- Knowledge on Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Knowledge on Reconcile bank accounts.
- Knowledge on Create and post period end journal entries.
Skill Requirements
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of the accounting process Ability to work in a multi-client environment.
- Microsoft office skills
- Strong English both verbal and written.
- Time management
- Effective use of technology
Internship perks
- Letter of recommendation.
- Paid Stiffened of monthly 18000 Rs per month, during internship.
- Conversion to full time based on the performance.
- 350000 per Annam Salary after full time conversion.
Qualifications
- Request to NO Deviation.
- Graduate in Bleacher of Commerce of 2023 / 2024 passed out Batch with 70% Marks
- Intermediate with min 70% Marks
- SSC with min 70% Marks
