🔧 Job Role – Warehouse Executive

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Managing daily Inbound & Outbound order processing

• Monitoring WOM (Warehouse Order Management) and inventory control

• Performing physical stock audits and reconciling with data systems

• Leading a team of executives, MHs, DEOs, and off-roll workforce

• Maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards

• Planning manpower and shift rosters effectively

• Ensuring zero-accident compliance and adherence to SOPs

• Driving high-performance metrics in grocery fulfillment operations

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Warehouse, Logistics, or Fulfillment roles

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong understanding of inventory systems, team management, and supply chain workflows
