1. Internal Audit Specialist
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
     • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
     • Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for improvement.
   • Qualifications:
     • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
     • Proven experience in internal auditing.
     • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Analytics Specialist
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Analyze business data to provide actionable insights.
     • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
     • Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
   • Qualifications:
     • MBA or CMA with a focus on Analytics or Finance.
     • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
     • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 01-03+ years Relevant experience in internal audit or analytics roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: CA, MBA, or CMA qualifications.
• Mindset: A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
