Job Role or Description

• Understanding of the Real Estate Market in terms of title, deeds, maps, property formats. Understanding the basic nature of the domain and relating that to the search process. Understanding the recording format in the assigned county through correct keying of the data input Understanding of the various reports/products available in the project assigned Desired Candidate Profile 1. Ability to understand the basic nature of the domain and relating that to entire value chain of mortgage solutions. 2. Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & Power-point) 3. Good typing skills. Minimum typing speed 25 Wpm with 95% Accuracy rate. 4. Should have basic knowledge of US Mortgage 5. Willing to work in any shift based on Business Requirement- Day/Night/Semi Night. 6. Ability to Process Simple, Medium and High complexity tasks. 7. Maintain compliance to the Quality metrics.
