Job Role or Description
- Good Knowledge of Accounts Receivables (Invoicing, Cash Application, Statement, Collections Support)
- Must have handled one to one Performance discussion
- Attrition Management
- Accomplish assigned tasks on time to meet SLAs
- Ensure clarifications are reviewed and controlled
- Conduct trainings to new team members
- Understand the accounting / business impact of the tasks performed
- Identify risks in process, and adhere to key accounting controls, operational controls
- Identify and implement improvements in process
- Active participation in special projects
- Attend/Drive conference calls as needed
