Hiring – EY M&A Tax*
EY Bangalore looking to hire CA (0 to 3 years post qualification experience) for it’s M&A Tax practice. Prior experience in tax domain / M&A domain would be preferred.
Brief on the profile:
Advising PE/VC funds, startups/ unicorn (including their founders), MNCs etc. on transactions like IPO, deal structuring/assistance – buy/ sell side, fund raise, inbound and outbound investment, group restructuring, ESOP advisory etc.
