 Role Summary

EY Parthenon is hiring experienced professionals for its Transaction Diligence practice. The role involves leading financial due diligence engagements, supporting M&A transactions, analyzing financial risks, and delivering insights to clients for strategic decision-making.

 Key Skill Areas Hiring For

 TD – Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

• Front-end, client-facing experience

• Strong expertise in financial diligence

• Deal support & transaction analysis

• Quality of earnings & working capital review

 TD Analytics

• Finance domain expertise (FP&A / Corporate Finance)

• Strong analytical & data interpretation skills

• SQL proficiency (mandatory)

• Experience with Power BI or Alteryx preferred

 TD – Sell & Separate (S&S)

• Experience in divestitures & carve-outs

• Statutory audit expertise

• Financial diligence exposure

• Client-facing transaction experience

 Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / PGDM (Finance or related specialization)

• CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred

• 7 – 9 years relevant experience in transaction diligence / audit / corporate finance

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements

• Analyze target company financials

• Identify deal risks & value drivers

• Prepare diligence reports & client presentations

• Support buy-side & sell-side transactions

• Work closely with investment banks & PE clients

• Review revenue, EBITDA & cash flow trends

• Evaluate working capital & debt positions
