Role & responsibilities:Invoice Processing & Exception Management.Identification of discrepancies through system reports.Research & Analysis and reporting of various kind of invoice discrepancies & exception.Regular contact with Buying Group/ Vendors to resolve discrepancies through e-mails/phone.Resolve queries of Invoice Processing team.Provide requested information to Supervisor for all internal & external audits.Provide quality customer service via processing.Vendor Creation & Maintenance (in the systems).Raising purchase order.
