Role: HR Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding sessions and company introduction for new joiners

Walk candidates through company policies

Coordinate with Operations and internal stakeholders

Scan and create digital files of onboarding documents

Cross-check documents for accuracy

Follow up with recruiters and document SPOCs for pending verifications

Coordinate with Ops team for attendance and EMP ID generation
