📝 Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and resolving complex claims within the Lloyd’s of London insurance market, ensuring timely and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and manage Lloyd’s market claims across marine, energy, casualty, and specialty lines

Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and clients for claim settlements

Interpret policy wording and resolve coverage issues
-
Maintain accurate claim documentation and reporting

Negotiate settlements and manage reserves
-
Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s regulations and EXL’s internal guidelines

Suggest improvements to streamline claim handling workflows
✅ Candidate Requirements

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Lloyd’s of London market or similar insurance background

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Proficient in MS Office and claims management systems

Excellent communication and decision-making ability

Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period: 0–60 days)
