Job description
We are hiring for an HR Onboarding Executive (Contract):
* Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills
* HR MBA Freshers can apply
* UG / Graduates with relevant experience in onboarding/ induction
JD includes:
* Conducting Introduction for candidates who join the company,
* Taking candidates through policies walk through
* Coordination with Ops and other internal stakeholders
* Scanning of the joining forms to create digital files which will eventually be uploaded to the employee file
* Cross checking of documents
* Following up with the recruiters & documentation SPOCs to close insufficiencies
* Following up with Ops for the attendance to create the EMP IDs
