🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare & review journal entries (system & manual – payroll allocation, accruals, prepayments, netting entries, allocations).
• Perform month-end close GL activities.
• Handle Fixed Asset Accounting for domestic business.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations & intercompany reconciliations (including foreign currency translations).
• Coordinate with internal departments & client teams across regions.
• Client communication via calls & emails on a regular basis.
• Work on Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index, Charts) and ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and client deliverables.

🔹 Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2 – 5 years in General Ledger / R2R domain.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) for client interaction.
• Prior international client handling experience is an added advantage.
• Flexible to work in US Shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Must be able to join within 30 days.
