The firm is hiring O2C, R2R, and AP professionals for multiple opportunities in Chennai for its reputed healthcare industry client, which operates in India, UAE, South Africa, and the USA.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Transaction Processing

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations including Sales Order Processing, Cash Application, Customer Master Maintenance, Credit Notes, and Collections.

• Handle accounting transactions accurately as per financial standards.

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports; support audits (SAS, ISO).

• Work efficiently with Excel and SAP.

• Understand concepts of Accounts Payable (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles.

Strategy & Planning

• Contribute to process improvements and business growth initiatives.

• Analyze delivery performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Support leadership in operational planning and cost-benefit analysis.

Operational Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.

• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and teams.

• Guide and mentor junior accountants and analysts.

• Track performance KPIs and ensure quality outcomes.

🧾 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Management (B.Com / BBA / BMS).

• 0–5 years of experience in O2C / R2R / P2P / Accounts Receivable.

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP platforms (SAP preferred).

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional activities effectively.

💰 Salary Range

₹2.4 LPA – ₹4 LPA (based on experience & skill set)
