Position: Senior Consultant to Deputy Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Timing: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM
Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA/ICWA/ACCA/CMA
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
What Are We Looking For?
- 4-6 years of experience in managing operations in finance processes (R2R)
- Expertise in book closure & general accounting
- Experience in conducting research on “Out of Balances”
- Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, Provisions, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, Expenses, Financial Reporting & Journal Entries is a plus
- IFRS 17 knowledge is advantageous
- Prior experience in the Insurance or BFSI domain is required
- Ability to make quick decisions based on situations
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel
- Willingness to work night shifts
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prior experience working with senior-level stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams
