Role: Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts
As a Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial and accounting functions of the organization. This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to drive the company’s financial strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and finalization of Financial Statements as per Ind-AS and Company’s
Accounting Policies
• Review and finalisation of Financial Results as per SEBI (LODR) on quarterly basis
• Finalization of Trial Balance, Ledger Scrutiny and review at month end
• Regulatory Compliances to NHB/CRAMIS portal within defined timelines (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Returns)
• Managing Audits and Assessments – Statutory, Internal, Regulatory and Tax
• Financial Controllership through tracking expenses and analysis
• Design and implement process improvements to streamline various business processes and models
• Handling of key Automation projects
Who Should Apply?
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
- • Should be a qualified CA with at least 5-7 years of experience, preferably in NBFC/NHB.
- Well versed with Ind-AS and RBI/ NHB Directions
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of ERP’s preferably SAP
