Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and allocate incoming customer payments against outstanding invoices.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts regularly.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable aging reports and highlight overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for billing and collections.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including:
  • VLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Basic formulas
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting.
