- Preparation & Review of Journal entries and ledgers
- Co ordination with materials department
- Providing the information to the auditors
- Preparation of MIS
- Verify of Invoices and post the journals (Consultants, Legal expenses, Security, Office maintenance & Professional expenses)
- Verify of invoice as per policies and posting the journals Local conveyance and Tour bills Verify of invoice and post the journals of F&F, Other benefits to Employees & Medical expenses, Petty cash expenses etc..
- Verify the balance of location payment requisition (Power Bill, Vehicle hire charges, Security & Man power etc)
- Verify the rental agreements and post the journals all locations ( security deposit rent and reltal liability ) Liability
- Verify for HR related payment requisition (Salaries, PF,ESI, PT, NPS, Insurance and Rate & Taxes etc…)
- Above Mentioned All Payment Entries Updation in SAP.
- Maintain Track for Pending Outstanding details
- Preparation monthly Aging reports
- Weekly funds projections preparation.
- Prepair the rental shedule report
- Review of Clearing accounts
