Job Description/Skills Required
- Checking of Payment advices received from Accounts Payable Team & Locations Cross Verification the Initiated files in Bank and Payment Advices Authorization of all online banking transactions as per requisitions from AP Process and Locations.(Milk Vendors & Non – Vendors) After Authorization we will very our Accounts whether the transitions debited or not in bank site. Payment Confirmations forward to concern persons after payment completion. Calculate and Transfer the funds to OD & CC Accounts in EOD and Maintain the Balances in accounts. Internal transfers adjusted done in day end and passing the necessary entries. Cash Operations (Entry Passing & Posting) and Maintenance of Physical Cash Monitoring of Internal Physical Cash Transfers Updating the Funds outflow and inflow on daily basis Also I will coordinate with my team members in regular activities. Maintaining the proper approvals backup for auditing purpose.
