Job description
Team and Role: Ethics & Compliance | Analyst
Shift timing: 11 AM to 8 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
Qualification: MBA (preferably Finance) Or any Bachelors(Finance)
Overall relevant experience: 1 – 3 years

Independence Conflicts Network (ICN)
Work you will do:
As a member of the Compliance HelpDesk team, you will be doing the following type of work:
- Respond to support requests using automated phone and chat tools
- Guide callers through policy and mandatory requirements/procedures
- Document and save record of guidance provided
- Collaborate with internal Risk & Brand Protection stakeholders as needed
- Provide backup support for other services provided by the Compliance HelpDesk
Key Skills Required:
- Customer service attitude with dedication to quality and demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on time management, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology tools; strong typing and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of basic financial instruments (US and India) such as investments, loans and insurance products
- Strong ability to understand and communicate policy and procedures consistently, knowing when to seek guidance
- Self-directed, adaptable to change, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to comfortably and confidently communicate virtually with the team(s) in US
- Self-starter, with the ability to stay focused to self-manage assigned project goals and meet deadlines
- Aptitude to think critically, outside the box and strong research-based decision-making skills
- Ability to present ideas and business recommendations for the continuous improvement of processes
Preferred:
- One-Two years experience in customer support care preferred, preferably within a banking environment
