About the Role
As an Audit Senior Assistant, you will be part of Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice, supporting clients through all stages of the audit lifecycle including planning, execution, and reporting. The role provides exposure to global audit engagements, advanced audit methodologies, data analytics, and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence in auditing.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Execution
- Audit client financial statements, transactions, and internal controls.
- Execute assigned audit procedures efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting activities.
- Assist in identifying audit issues and recommending solutions.
Client Service & Team Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engagement teams and clients.
- Collaborate with US and India-based audit teams.
- Communicate audit observations and findings effectively.
- Support engagement delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Leadership & Development
- Coach and guide junior team members.
