Deloitte India is hiring experienced Managers for its Transaction Services practice. This opportunity is ideal for Qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Transaction Advisory, or Deal Advisory. Candidates will work on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, financial analysis, and business due diligence while collaborating with clients across various industries.

Experience Required

• 4–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Preferred Experience

• Audit or Articleship experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of target businesses and key value drivers.
• Perform financial due diligence and analyze financial statements.
• Assess the accuracy and reasonableness of financial information provided by clients.
• Coordinate with clients and third parties to resolve financial and operational queries.
• Interpret and analyze publicly available information related to target companies.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Identify key financial and commercial risks during transactions.
• Report findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Support domestic and international M&A transactions across multiple industry sectors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and represent Deloitte during engagements.
• Assist in proposal preparation and business development activities.
