Job Description/Skills Required
- Understanding the Execution Risk, Selling and realisation risk of the proposals received from various BU’s.
- Guide the BU’s on the policies and update them of the observations by the various approval authorities at prescribed timelines to improve quality and proposals.
- To co-ordinate with CAD to ensure that the sanction terms are appropriately incorporated in the sanction letter.
- Prepare MIS to ensure that the proposals are attended to and discussed as early as possible.
- To co-ordinate with external agency for conducting valuation and the dude diligence in appropriate cases
- Assisting Head Credit Construction Finance in all Operational Matters.
