Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and acquisition of Gold Loan customers (NTB and existing)
- Generating leads through internal branch channels and local networking
- Micro-marketing and customer outreach in branch catchment areas
- End-to-end gold loan processing, disbursement, and customer onboarding
- Provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer service
- Support collection teams on delinquency resolution (NPA/Bucket cases)
- Meet or exceed KPI and goal sheet targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1–6 years of experience in gold loan or retail banking sales
- Strong communication, sales orientation, and customer service mindset
- Knowledge of local market and customer behavior preferred
