Role & Candidate Profile:
Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited is looking to hire Roof, Column & Foundation (RCF) Advisor – Demand Generation on 3rd Party Payroll for Chennai location.
The job involves daily market visits & meeting with prospective customers & clients. Interested Civil Engineers (BE/B.Tech/Diploma), having 1-3 Years of experience, may apply.
Suitable candidates meeting selection criteria may be called for a Physical Walk-In Drive. Interested candidates can directly report to mentioned office address.
Key Role & responsibilities:
- Demand Generation (by visiting construction sites & influencers in assigned area)
- Enrolment of Influencers (Contractors, Masons, Architects, Engineer) on Web Application and activation follow-up
- Engagement and volume tracking of current, inactive, stagnant, de-growing masons/ contractors
- Home visits, Site conversions and retention of sites
- Attend quality complaint within 48 hours and escalate to Technical Specialists
Candidate Pre-Requisites:
- Education: Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI)
- Age: 30 Years & Below
- Other Mandatory Requirements: 2-Wheeler, Driving License, Helmet & Smart Phone (Dual SIM)
Compensation and Benefits:
