Roles and Responsibilities
Sub-dealers sales tracking:
Meet the sub dealers assigned by the ASM and collect sales log from the counters.
Track the sales volumes of all our existing sub- dealers for scheme pay outs.
Counters stock tracking:
Track the stock position of existing sub-dealers (and non-Dalmia counters also) and report the same to SOs
Sales profiles:
Creating monthly sales profiles (monthly potential, company wise sales) for all Dalmia subdealers and other non-Dalmia counters (both sub-dealers and dealers) in the allotted zone.
New sub-dealer addition targets:
Will be given a target of adding New sub Dealer (Respective ASM to decide the number of Sub Dealer depending on market) Every weekly or fortnightly basis, RSMs/ASMs will visit these newly converted sub-dealers to increase the monthly tonnage from these subdealers.
Weekly reporting on Saturday afternoon:
Prepares weekly reports and send it to Sales Coordinator before EOD on Saturday.
