About the Role – Deputy Manager (Acquisition – Current Account)
As a Deputy Manager – Acquisition (CASA), you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality Current Account customers, generating leads, and driving business growth for IDFC FIRST Bank’s retail banking segment. This role involves direct client interactions, customer onboarding, and promoting banking products while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) Current Account customers in targeted segments.
- Generate quality leads through catchment mapping and references.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets by understanding customer transaction needs.
- Activate and register acquired customers on digital banking channels.
- Maintain product mix, segment, and constitution quality as per bank policy.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure customer-centric service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with bank norms, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (Full Time)
- Experience: 1 – 5 Years (BFSI experience preferred)
- Strong market awareness and customer relationship skills
- Previous experience in Current Account sales preferred
