Job Role or Description
- 1. Financial planning Facilitates preparation of zonal budgets based on past data and proposed SBU strategy. Allocates funds to the different SBU’s in zones as per the provisions of the finalized budget. Reallocates funds dependent on variances in actual and budgeted costs. 2. Financial control Implements F&A systems & controls to identify, record and monitor costs. Utilizes user-friendly formats for disseminating accurate and real-time Finance & Accounts information to end-users. Facilitates regular audits of CFA and warehouses. Maintains and constantly updates MIS and other data in MFG-PRO. 3. Management of Zonal Accounts Regularly reconciles zonal accounts. Prepares Statement of Accounts of stockiest and employees. Finalizes Zonal Accounts and provides data to Corporate Finance for preparation of Balance sheet and other financial reports. Does timely follow-ups and updation of accounts to ensure Full & Final settlements are undertaken within prescribed duration.
