Job Role or Description
- Assist PB India COO senior management in tracking, reviewing and analyzing circulars/notifications etc. issued by various regulators ensuring that the PB India Business is compliant Co-ordinating with Regulators on obtaining specific clarification on any regulatory matters/circulars Ensuring effective review of PB India first line controls, processes and procedures to mitigate compliance risk Active participation in PB India New Business projects to ensure that the India business develops in a controlled and compliant manner and in line with the bank’s risk appetite Advising on PB India regulatory requirements / expectations as relevant to the business Blocking issue to business and compliance management in India and APAC of regulatory risks Involvement in corporate governance matters relating to the relevant domestic entity, including ensuring appropriate regulatory filings and notifications (if required) are made
