US Taxation Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing US Corporate Tax Returns – Form 1120.
- Preparing and reviewing Partnership Tax Returns – Form 1065.
- Preparing and reviewing Individual Tax Returns – Form 1040.
- Researching US tax laws, tax concepts, forms and schedules.
- Researching new tax forms and completing tax-related assignments.
- Organizing and prioritizing multiple tax assignments within deadlines.
- Providing client service and responding to client requirements.
- Training new team members when required.
- For leadership positions, managing and mentoring members of the US Tax team.
Eligibility & Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- 1+ year of US Taxation experience for experienced positions.
- Strong knowledge of US tax concepts and tax return preparation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
