- Address customer queries related to products/services efficiently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO or similar fields (International Voice & Non-Voice).
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA).
- Excellent communication skills in English with strong analytical abilities.
