Job Description – Process Executive at Cognizant
As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for:

Validating and processing health insurance claims in line with Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) guidelines.

Accurate data entry and documentation in the claims management system.

Reviewing claims for completeness and compliance with policy terms.
-
Coordinating with internal teams to gather missing documentation.
-
Identifying discrepancies and escalating for review.
-
Responding to inquiries from customers regarding claim status and documentation.

Ensuring timely claim processing to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards.
-
Supporting audits, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance / Business Administration / Healthcare Management or related field (B.A / B.Sc / B.Com in any specialization also eligible).
