Responsibilities:
- Customer Master Setup/Updates
- Customer invoicing
- Cash/Payment Application
- Run Dunning Report
- Research customer account and communicate with Customer or client to clear customer discrepancies.
- Reconciliation and month close activities
- Periodic contract pricing updates
Skills:
- Good Verbal & Written Communication
- Knowledge on SAP Application Preferred
- Customer/Client Focused attitude
- Eye for details.
- Problem solving skills.
- Any Visual basic or Macro skill are additional advantage
