• Position: AML/KYC SME / Team Lead

• Experience: 5 to 10 years

• Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

• Shift: Flexible for night shifts

• Weekly Offs: Rotational (Friday–Saturday or Sunday–Monday)

🧾 Role Purpose & Responsibilities:

• Review system-generated alerts and triggers related to Sanctions/PEP under AML/KYC frameworks.

• Conduct detailed investigations to determine if the alerts are valid and require escalation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and reach out to customers when required.

• Analyze alerts, discounting factors, and document findings thoroughly.

• Stay updated on procedural changes and ensure adherence to compliance norms.

💼 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, or Alert Investigation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Any stream)

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Risk-centric mindset and ability to meet strict deadlines

• Familiarity with global sanctions lists such as WOC/SDN

• Preferred: Certification in Financial Crime, AML, or Compliance
