Job Description

Cognizant is conducting a walk-in drive for Senior AR Callers in Hyderabad. The role involves managing Accounts Receivable (AR) calling, denial management, and RCM follow-ups for US healthcare clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle denial follow-ups and AR calling for US healthcare clients.
• Manage Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments and resolution of claims.
• Provide high-quality communication and professional service to clients.

Eligibility & Skills

• Education: Any Graduate (Regular Bachelor’s degree)
• Experience: 1.5 – 4 years in AR Calling / US Healthcare Denial Management
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Must have prior experience in physician or hospital billing
• Immediate joiners or notice period up to 15 days
